LOL! I really like the Foo Fighters and saw them when they came to Saint Paul recently. Dave Grohl is a really good songwriter with a strong melodic sensibility. It's not hard for me to connect the dots from Rick Springfield to the Foo Fighters over the course of 30 years and I guess I love the broad spectrum of melodic rock those 30 years encompasses. What the heck..it's only rock and roll and it's just supposed to be fun. :)
