Just play your music loud and often. Make a playlist of the catchiest songs. Friends will like some of it. Indoctrination is a time consuming effort. You'll convert some people. I play the music I like all the time at work via iPod,Rhapsody, or Spotify. People will ask me about songs they like. It's an opening I seize on. I tell them were to get it, I direct them to this site, etc, etc. While the internet is a great tool for music, it has also made music too disposable. Add to that the thug lifestyle that today's music intertwines with fashion and the corporate radio dominated formats and you complete the dumbing down of today's musical substance. Don't get me wrong, music has always been about love and sex. However, the way it is done today is openly and extremely misogynistic. There is no innuendo, no subtlety. It's 'you my bitch so suck it'. There's something a lot more sexy to 'You got the peaches,I got the cream, sticky sweet, saccharine'. Rant over. Play what you like and screw the masses.
Music is my mistress
