Hi All!
A great gig and night it was. A pleasure to see this in such a small intimate venue. Unbelievable that 25-30% of the audience had travelled in from other countries... "The power of music" as JSS put it from stage.
This set list is from WETs FB-page (however my recollection is that the Eclipse and Work of Art songs had swapped places).
The setlist for tonight's WET gig:
Walk Away (Rise Up)
Learn To Live Again (Rise Up)
Invincible (debut)
I'll Be There (debut)
Love Heals (Rise Up)
Rise Up (Rise Up)
The Great Fall (Work Of Art w/ Lars Safsund on vox)
Bad Boy (Rise Up)
Still Unbroken (Rise Up)
Broken Wings (Rise Up)
I'll Be Waiting (Talisman)
If I Fall (debut)
Shot (Rise Up)
Comes Down Like Rain (debut)
Bleed & Scream (Eclipse w/ Erik Martensson)
What You Want (Rise Up)
Brothers In Arms (debut)
encore:
Mysterious (Talisman)
One Love (debut)
Many highlights, to say the least..
Present were Fredrik Ã…kesson (Opeth, Ex. Talisman), Pontus Norgren (Hammerfall, Ex.Talisman) and Jamie Borger (LAD/Treat, Ex. Talisman).
Got to talk to JSS and tell him I've been a fan since Yngwies debut ("Wow, now you make me feel old" was his response).
Cheers, Per
