Their in store prices are horrendous, and the chance of getting a new release on the day of release in it's Manchester store is minimal unless it's mainstream, the buyer should be shot as they obviously don't keep abreast of what's going to break big, or is it a national buyer that's at fault? Either way they are useless.
If prices do go up as a result of them going under, maybe it will benefit the independent retailers in the long run, as they will be the only places to browse, having said that Piccadilly Records in Manchester is still a snooty place to visit if the wrong person serves you.
