I think Utopia records still have a retail store in Sydney. Normal CD prices but usually a specials/seconds bin.

And you'd be mad not to check a number of JB H-Fi stores throughout Brisbane and Sydney (there's a few, find one and ask where the rest are), as they always have an amount of specials on the reduced table but many you will simply find at a great reduced price on the standard Hard Rock / Metal racks. I came home from Brisbane recently with a dozen new albums both oldies and newer for what I consider bargain cost ;)
