ughh That's pretty much what I said Scott.

"I think what happened is they only pressed a certain amount and sold them only at concerts and probably had a small leftover inventory to sell online and they received more orders than CD's they had left but were waiting to see if they had enough orders to do a 2nd pressing and when they didn't they just sent mp3's instead."

It's obvious they over-sold on the website because I ordered a CD and they sent an email saying they couldn't finish the CD's and gave me (and others) MP3's are pretty much proof of that.

There's no conspiracy here, it just is what it is. They wanted to sell off their inventory and got too many orders, but I did have to wait almost 3 months for the mp3's so there is a little more to it, I think, either some of the worst customer service ever or they were just compiling orders to see if it was worth it to do another pressing.
