Any Shark Island info?

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about Shark Island? I think Richard Black would be an interesting choice for Jake E. Lee's new band. (althought I don't know how he would sound on the Badlands tunes)
I'd also love to see an official release of the poor sounding demos that are floating around...
