When ANY band, from the mega huge to the cult status band says its OVER, DONE, DUSTED...I take it with a pinch of salt these days! SCORPIONS have just announced their retirement is now not happening with a new CD of unreleased music from the 80's for 2013 and new record for 14. Whereas once a band taking a 4 year break WAS a break, now its a ploy or an excuse to use the time to plan a farewell tour and reunion down the road. Very few of these bands that say its over have actually remained that way. Maybe TREAT will buck the trend, but when FRONTIERS "up" their cash offer, i've no doubt they'll find the time to write, record and release a new record.
