It's Not Over is definitely the weakest of the three post-West albums. I almost gave up on them after that one (though it wasn't bad, just not as good as previous), but the next two got much better and I agree with Niv that you're "missing out" on those. Chalfant was a good singer but was basically a "hired hand" for the last album. Mitchell is back with the band and is very good. Van has always been the heart-and-soul of the band though.
