The Wild, the Innocent and the E Street Shuffle is probably my favourite album ever. The 2nd side of the LP is absolutely faultless - Incident on 57th Street, Rosalita and New York Serenade. The E Street Band as they became after this album probably couldn't have made it sound so good either. Max Weinberg is too good a drummer and Roy Bitten doesn't have David Sancious' jazz background.
