At the end of the day, what matters is whether the songs are good and whether the guys in the band have some sort of legitimacy to play the music. In this particular case, I think they would have it when playing songs from Whitesnake, Thunder, Wishbone Ash, Heartland and Virginia Wolf. I am on the fence regarding Gary Moore but feel that Neil is entitled to play stuff from "Corridors of Power" indeed. I however do not see why they should / could play any Ozzy (who was with him? Neil only helped him audition drummers in 1985, in particular Jimmy DeGrasso) and Tina Turner as Laurie was a touring member "only". By the same token, Neil could not play any of The Scorpions' "Blackout" stuff even though he recorded demos for them.
