I think promoters etc need to be questioned as much as the bands/artisits themselves on this!!
Spoke to one a bit ago that promotes one of DV's gigs and asked him why no Manchester and he showed me the figures it costs and other than the gig he does he could not take the chance with any others!!
I am sure bands would love to play more gigs but everyone has to make a living and that's where the problems lie for so many these days so they are going to play where they know they have had decent size crowds in the past and made money!! Very few are going to take a chance these days!!
HRHRAOR has a top Saturday line up so thats great for me for my hours drive!!
