They're actually playing quite close to where I live in a place called Delamere Forest. Which is kind of weird. Not sure what they're like these days but I may go along as it's unusually close. Last big band I saw in Chester was the Manics, who played my local Leisure Centre as a warm up for their full UK tour in 1998 - just after they'd had their first number 1. Very surreal, but also incredibly brilliant as there was only about 200 people.
