I'm not a fan of pranks and practical jokes. By their nature they require a victim to work.
Some people are sensitive souls, some cultures take shame very much to heart. You just never know the effect a 'joke' might have.
Hopefully people will think twice now about lame pranks though I doubt it. Modern western society's raison d'etre is to 'have a laugh' whatever the cost.
