I do not want to start a huge thing hear and I know its been a few years, but I dont recall ever getting a clear reason for Steve Augeri release from the band. I mean I know he was having singing issues, but sounds like those issues were not a chronic thing that could not go away, so in all honestly why wouldnt the band just take some time off and let him heal rather than push him and have the shit transpire as it did? .....I mean this guy came in and helped the band continue when perry left ...

again i know this is old news but i guess i never remember reading anything concrete. Most likely journey never did fully discuss is and i have seen nothing from augeri discuss is. My guess is he was or is being paid well to not say anything...

this has nothing for to do with new singer, i was just curious..
