Following Producers/Producers you can't warm to

Picking up on Andrew's comment below, are there any producers you'd follow for their production work alone? Likewise, are there any producers you found it hard to warm to?

A couple of examples for me:

Producer I'd follow blindly:
Jim Steinman

Producer I could never warm to:
Fabrizio Grossi
