LOL @ music snobs being critical of the Stones as musicians. They were never about great musicianship. They were essentially the anti-Beatles. Edgy, raw and fully embracing the 'bad boy' image. On every aspect, a smashing success!

Like rocknut, I never considered myself a real fan until several years ago when I got a copy of 40 Licks. I now fully respect their place in music history and consider myself a fan.

1000 pounds/dollars...anythings...is a farking joke...for ANY band!
