I go along with the majority as "Out of the Silence" is one hell of an debut album. A&M influenced the sound of the day (Bon Jovi) for the Blood From Stonealbum, but I enjoy it immensely. Calm Before the Storm was instantly forgettable but Belief was a real cracker with lots of Marillion and Pink Floyd influences. Beneath the Shining Water was a good follow up to Belief. Then the re-recorded Calm Before The Storm 2 was the follow up that Out of The Silence Deserved.

Only my opinion ..... in summary, there are no really bad Dare records.
