This is released by Bobby himself. There were only 100 released in the first bunch, all 100 were "paid" by the customers. What I mean is that those who pre-ordered the dvd paid for the manufacturing of it. I (yes I ordered) will receive a "working copy" of the dvd, which is sent out today, and will then receive the "real" dvd when it's done. All 100 will have their names in the credit-list.
