Hi guys & gals,

What a great evening last night at The Railway Venue, Bromley Cross, Bolton !!

Two bands who are thoroughly enjoying their music entertained a very healthy and appreciative crowd.

Serpentine were great, as always, but I'll be much happier when their 3rd album comes out, and Matt Black can finally shake off the ' Tony Mills ' factor.

Romeo's Daughter were even more impressive - Leigh Matty certainly rolled back the years, seductively covering songs from all three albums - but understandably Rapture dominated the set ..... What a great album it is too !!
Of course, they finished off with Heaven In The Backseat and Wild Child .... and left us on a total high !!

Dave

Marc Bolan is the guiding light.

If you can get to see them, either in Newcastle or Nottingham, then do so .... You'll be well impressed !!
