I like some of that 80's Hair band Heart just fine,DD--espescially Brigade. But there are two camps of Heart fans. The first came that was there at the beginning usually always prefers the early material. Both have their strong suits, for me anyway. but the 80's Heart was vERY commercially driven. And of course this went right along with the times. bUt it's also the reason I can't listen to some of that style of music anymore. It's very dated (especially the keys) AND tries SO very hard to be commercial--very forced most times. It's like--here are some more top hits for you...safe and pre-packaged. The older stuff had it's commercial flare here & there, too. But not so obvious as in the 80's. Both versions are miles above the current bilge of theirs, sadly. T
