I agree with Laurent. There is a relatively strong market here in Germany. However marketing is key!

There was a Johnny Lima show in my town (Hannover) a couple of weeks back, that even I didn't know of. I was seriously pissed when I read about it in the events calender in some scene magazine afterwards. There was no advertising whatsoever. And I don't know anybody who was there...

So whatever place or venue you choose - make sure people know about the event!
