Anybody get the impression Floor Jansen is holding back with Nightwish?

I really hope she makes it with Nightwish, for me though she is holding back vocally a lot....I can understand her being a bit static on stage as she is in a settling in period, but Im puzzled as to why she is not going full throttle vocally?
