As already answered by 2112, yes it's Tak's band..basically a duo between
him and vocalist Koshi Inaba (maybe some people here will know him as the singer on Slash's solo single "Sahara").
Eric Martin also covered one B'z song on his christmas covers album "Mr. Vocalist X'mas", and made a music video for it as well.
