Agreed about Shitney - god it used to piss me off when she was miming, then grabbed her Mic to adjust it whilst giving a disgruntled look as if to say 'it's not picking up my voice properly'!!

Don't think the drums is nit picking, to me backing vocals are an integral part of a bands sound and just because they contain the word backing doesn't make them less important. Would you want to see bands like Queen, The Beach Boys, The Beatles, Def Leppard and other acts whose vocal harmonies are a core part of their sound if they were incapable of pulling them off live?
