I'm a die-hard Dokken fan, but haven't liked everything they've done in the last 15 or so years (Dysfunctional and Shadowlife were good for what they were, but not my kind of thing).

Don sticks to a mid-range vocally, but sounds fine to me at this range, his tone and vibrato are still there, and I'd say if Hell To Pay was a more modern sounding album and Lightning Strikes again was a more classic Dokken sounding album, then this is a good blend of the two.

Some tracks jumped out more on first listen, and some that I wasn't sure about on first listen have now grown on me.
