Nickelback barely even get mentioned in Kerrang unless it's through some derogatory comment. Their latest album got a 1 K tanking, but they never get interviewed, and I don't recall any live reviews being done. Arena-rock bands like Def Leppard and Motley Crue seem to have come full circle, and are actually rather respected by the mag these days. I was actually having a go at the general level of journalism within the magazines, as a lot of it is pretty juvenile, especially in Metal Hammer. I suppose they are just trying to appeal to teenage readers, and like everything else that's aimed at the Blabbermouth generation, it's seriously dumbed down. Sometimes I feel like i'm reading a gossip mag :(
