Thanks so much for that confidance boost--really. My biggest hurdle is that I've always been so conservative and humble about my gift as a singer. NOt exactly the kind of traits you go far with in the world of rock,eh? Espescially a front man! lol But I learned the oldschool way and took nods from any & every singer I could about how to present properly onstsage and get the crowd involved and entertained. but I've always felt that I needed a secure regular job to pay those bills,etc. You really need to be a huge risk-taker and think outside the box to do what guys (and girls) in pro bands do. Not a trait just everyone has--espescially me. So it'd be one huge leap of faith for me to try anything like this--and at MY age. Plus--I've always been a weekend warrior with my bands. Never actually toured. So I have no clue whether I could hold up to that regimen. Let's suffice it to say that Jake will take on someone who at least knows the ropes a bit more than the likes of my level of accomplishment. See? That's my conservative nature at work right there..
