I don't know about over there but here most of the boutique hi-fi stores are associated with cabinet makers who will custom build for your system and have some experience at it.

I have heaps of components - speakers are bi-amped + pre-amp ,another amp powering in roof speakers in a bedroom+outdoors, CD player, DVD , tuner, music server etc... mostly Rega stuff. So in my case it was almost essential to get something made.
