Gary....yes I did register...both...Zeppelins. Thats what gets me. On the first one the adapter was broke and I thought it was awesome that the guy just said "F^^k it I will send you a new one". So thats what sucks. And I think if like you and I both did (register) and had a great dealing with them in the past only to be told 4 years later "who are you" you would also be upset with them. Or are your questions Gary just to rehash a pissing match?
