B&W are British, we're quirky like that.

So did you register the speakers with B&W when you bought them ? B&W customer service sucks ass yet they sent you a new one, rather than fixing the old one ?

In my dealings with them. they've been nothing but helpful and courteous...and they know I have the speakers because I registered them when I bought them...see what I did there ?
