OK...they make awesome speakers and the awesome Zeppelin. But there US repair center customer service sucks ass. First off I know in the end I should find the receipt but with my move 2 years ago I have no clue where it went. I bought it at the Apple Store online but they purge there records after 90 days.
So this is the part that sucks. I have had this since about 2007. My original one played great then after about a year when you plugged the IPod into it the unit didn't read it. I emailed them, sent the receipt and they sent a prepaid box and shipped it back to them in New England (Mass.). About a week later the guy in charge said it was broke and sent me a new one! Now I email again, told them about not having the receipt and of course they have no record of my name. They don't purge records (according to them). So they paid shipping on one Zepp, then sent me a brand new one yet two $700 speakers.. there is no record? Look if its out of warranty fine....tell me...I'll pay to fix it. But in the computer age and be such a high end company to have such bad customer records is a shame.
