Hi Andrew and Everyone,
My favorite album of the year by far is an album not mentioned on this site. It's John Eddie "Same Old Brand New Me".

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x6Xt5fjDJKsI bought the physical CD and listened to it once, then put it in the ipod. I listened to the actual CD again the other day and was just blown away at how much fuller and richer it sounded. Not just coming through tiny little ear buds but though actual wooden speakers filling up the room! It made a great album all that much better.
So my question for Andrew specifically is....do you listen to the cd's and/or mp3's through computer speakers or headphones? Do you drive around listening in your car? Or actual stereo speakers? I believe this truly changes the listening experience. In fact, I feel funny even putting Springsteen or Mellencamp on the ipod after listening to those songs on the stereo and radio all those years!
What about everyone else? Do you agree or disagree with any of this? It's particularly important for the albums from bands/singers that do not tour often.
