Dokken Broken Bones Cd...out of stock?

I had pre-ordered this disc from Amazon and was supposed to be released Tuesday...but received an email stating that the shipping of the cd could be anywhere from 2-3 weeks.
So I checked, Best Buy....backordered, 2-3 weeks.
Checked NEH's site...temporarily out of stock...backordered.
Wonder what the hell is going on... I know it may not be the best disc around, but I want to own a physical copy...but it seems like it is nowhere to be found in any store or online provider.
Has this disc somehow been delayed...?
