for me this was a cool CD to own because I loved the musicians involved but I wasn't too impressed with the Malloy '88 CD either vocally or from a songwriting standpoint so I didn't really expect a lot out of this one.

I bought it mainly just because I'm such a huge fan and just always wanted to hear the older stuff.

I have his country demo cd too, so now the only Malloy stuff I need to get my hands on are the Van Halen demos. LOL!!
