I'm not negative about the event at all - it can only be a good thing and infact I'm annoyed they've scheduled it for Easter when I'm away in Florida.

I just don't want people getting their hopes up that it's going to be some massive thing only for it to be Serpentine, White Widdow, Dare etc.

Some of the fans have been talking Foreigner, Journey etc etc and given how hard Keiran and Bruce have to work to get Firefest off the ground I'm worried some people will be disappointed. Added to that the whole shenanigan about the announcement is only making people grumpy!

PS Before anyone comments I like the three bands referenced above so I am not having a go at them but they have all been on Firefest and I think people are expecting a bit more!
