It's certainly a strange opening track. I can't understand why someone with such a wonderful voice would want to hide it beneath so many effects. It actually sounds a lot like a song from Philip Sayce's new album Steamroller. He played Wanted Dead Or Alive with Melissa Etheridge in front of Richie and Jon a while back and was incredible, with Jon visibly blown away, whilst Richie seemed a little put out. Looks like he's been investigating the young axe slinger now!
