I seen that article posted to Facebook tonight. After reading it, I was even MORE Gutted about missing that Boston concert on Friday. I missed it because I ran out of time to make the 6-hr drive and be there on time. Boston was listed was listed as starting at 7:30pm. Had it started later in the night, I could have still made it.
Well, after reading that article, I found out that Starship opened that show, which means Boston started later. Had it been listed ANYWHERE that Starship was on at 7:30pm, I still could have made that show in time to catch Boston at perhaps 9pm or 9:30pm...whenever Starship finished an Boston got set up to start. But NOWHERE was an opening act listed!
At this point, all I can say is....even after weeks of planning, I guess it wasn't meant to be. However, I want to give a public THANK YOU to a gentleman named David Victor for putting me on the Guest List. Even if I missd that show, David did me a solid on that one! Thank you, David!!!
