"Born In The USA" is missing

Great review. Good setlist, but I'm really missing "Born In The USA", which is my favourite Bruce Springsteen song. He probably doesn't like that song himself, because it seems he doesn't play it live very much. When I saw Springsteen play here in the Netherlands in the eighties he started the concert with "Born In The USA" and he couldn't have picked a better opener.
