I've read some interviews by George Lynch....part of the problem is that he doesn't want to make music that sounds anything like Dokken.

Unfortunately, I think his best playing was with Dokken & the 1st 2 Lynch Mob cds. I think he wants to go in a heavier (& more modern) direction. And, from the reaction to his last cd, that is not a good thing.

Hopefully he is aware that the last cd was not popular, & will go back to the sound that we all love. I'm somewhat skeptical, though.
