...excuse me while I rant for just a bit here. What the hell are these opportunistics idiots thinking with ? Their asses ? The music business in general is in the can, so some brilliant mind comes up with the idea to feed the current resurgent appetite for vinyl but at crazy inflated prices !!! Come on, $21 U.S. for VINYL ??? I don't care how high the 'grade' is or what other silly excuse they might come up with for such a crazy business model. Yeah, that's it. Let's resurrect old technology (don't get me wrong, I love my vinyl) and yeah, let's jack the price up to match the assanine (sp?) prices of popcorn and coke at the movies. Yeah, that's it. The movie biz is givin' em' a good screwin', let's give em' a shot ourselves while they're over the barrel. What the hell are these folks thinking ? That all us music lovers are going to rush down to the music store (oh wait, most of those are closed now) and load up to check out ? When I can get ALL the great vinyl that I want anyday at the used record store for 2 bucks ? ...or 50 cents a pop if I shop smart ? Sheesh !!! And we wonder why the biz is going down the crapper.
