I think "3" is incredibly poor with the 3 ballads the only enjoyable available.
peters analysis of "Category 5" was spot on, this album is a pretty relaxed affair and sort of just plays along nicely. Theres only about 3 tracks i cannot stand to listen to and i would recommend it.

if i was working for Classic Rock magazine i'd give it 3 stars (good).
