It seems to be that way these days...
I went to Rockfest in Wisconsin last year, which was FOUR days, and half the bands I either didn't know or didn't like - but when that happened you either turned up after they'd finished, wandered around the area getting food & drink (and generally people watching) or went home early.
Sort of reminds me of the old Kenny Everett Video Show sketch - "Angry from Mayfair here..." (I know... very obscure but surely someone knows it)

A pity I couldn't have been there to see the show, as it sounded like a blast, but I'm sure once Andrew gets the photo's developed I'll pop round for a beer or three and check out the gossip & photos...
