The same guy came to my school and explained it! As I remember, the album was one of those that fold out and it shows the lobby of the hotel. Mr. Crowley is on the balcony in his black cape and hood! It gave me chills! I agree that's what it's about!

Also look what happens when you add two more letters to "hotel" ! HotHell!
If that doesn't prove it, I don't know what will!
