Yes I do agree that Frontiers is a very strong label that has some really good releases, both in artwork and quality material from bands. I would also have to say that Kivel Records is becoming a fast and rising force on the scene. I feel htat they are releasing some solid stuff and take qual care in the product just as Frontiers does with their releases. I have yet to be disappointed with a release from either label. I would say NOW and THEN would be my next choice. I would have to disagree thaough about Z Records being the best. Even though I think they have some good releases they have a lot of bad ones, and I find their catalog to be lacking and not as good as the three mentioned above.
