The Beatles in particular had a stupid name! I know they became pretty famous anyway but what if they had a cooler name like say, "The Killer Beatles" or "Beatles From Hell" maybe even "Beatles Juice". These are names that would have even taken them farther than they made it.

I think they made it in spite of their name rather than because of it. Another band that is making it in spite of their name is The Goo Goo Dolls. That name couldn't be more cissy sounding. Some guys are just too tough to even say that name outloud.
