See, I just picked this album up a couple of years ago. It's not that I dislike it or anything, 'cuz I don't. But in the end, if I'm to be perfectly honest, I thought it was fairly mediocre. Sure the guys can sing and all, but I thought they probably made their biggest splash because of their looks. I figured that there were, at the time that "ATR" came out, probably zillions of young ladies who would go nuts for the band because of their looks. But I picked up their "Because They Can" album just to make sure. It struck me as being even more mediocre than "ATR." That's why I was so floored when I fell in love with "Life." It's a corker of an album. It's pop/radio rock in the vein of Bryan Adams, but it puts tons of other stuff in that vein to shame (including most of B.A.'s lastest stuff). But again, that's just my opinion.
