you'll have to elaborate a little more. not sure what you are trying to say. are u saying u have that metallica song listed but its someone elses tune? if so that wouldnt matter all songs have protection whether it was put on a cd or not. so its just not metallica if napster looses the record labels can go after every single person for every single song collectively. whether u mark it metallica and its an offspring tune. now if thats not what u meant i need some more info to understand. cause if u do not have permission to distrinute a song your in violation period. now i download like crazy so im all for it, but seriously ive talked to plenty of ip lawyers and though they use napster they say its totally illegal and easy to grab us all if te industry wanted to, but im sure they wont they just wont the damn thing gone
