copyright infringement?

Truth is that the record companies would have a very tough time proving copyright infringement. Just because I have a song "Metallica - We like It In The Ass" listed as down-loadable from my PC on Napster does not mean that the file is actually a MP3 file ripped from a Metallica CD.

Case in point, I have d/l-ed many Offspring songs that weren't.
