law school teaches the legal theories not how much money u have. the judge in this case also asked the record industry "how come you havnt gone after the users?" but law school has more to do with showing you how to set an arguement. because u know what? if the record industry came to u and said "we want the napster users, whether they have cash or not" u gonna turn the case down? i dont think so :) so law school is more than about money after law school is the money :) you know how school works :)
